Im a resident at Laurel Lakes Apartments located at 7901 Laurel Lakes Court in Laurel MDnI would like to express my sincere appreciation for the staff herennSee additional comment from 7222022 belownnShavon is very attentive to the needs of the residents here She has always kept me informed of what was going on in the building made sure that any information important to us was communicated in a timely manner She has assisted me when the chips was down and made me feel that she really cares Its a comfort to know that your resident manager has your needsconcerns on the frontlinenLizzie is also great She has a bubbly spirit and is cut from the same cloth when it come to assisting the residents here Whenever I have a question or concern she is ready willing and able to assist me with no questions askednnShavon and Lizzie both should be be acknowledged In their profession you encounter a lot of different personalities and attitudes but they never waiver from assisting us with with a smilenLast but not least Sammy and Syrvando these guys are on the BALL I have reached out to both of them with concerns and questions in regards to the maintenance and upkeep of my unit and they have never let me down They make sure that the area around the building is clean and safe for all of us During the recent snow they came out on their days off to clear the walkways do the we could move about the buildingnnI feel very secure in my unit knowing that the staff you have is selected to maintain this property is herennI just need to add that recently 7222022 Shavon has really assisted me with some of the hardships that I have been going through She eased my mind even though she had duties to fulfill Working behind the scenes she helped me get over a problem that I was facingnnLizzie is so personablealways easy to engage She has also made my stay here very comfortable Always willing to assist me with any situations that may occurnnSammy and Syrvando are two of the best at what they do Never have I requested assistance with maintenance situations that either failed to respond quicklynnThe team here has made my living arrangement safe easy and pleasantnnLastly its good to know that when you go to sleep at night that you have the Laurel Lakes team in your cornernnAll are SUPERSTARS in my book more ... hide ...

Its a decent place but it does have some problems like the pipe below the toilet bowl is small so it can get easily clogged when taking a shower the hot water only lasts for like around 20 minutes and every time there is heavy rain there would be a leak near my bedroom window but then again all these problems could just be from my apartment
