This is a nice affordable apartment for seniors However I am very disappointed that when it is time for renewal the property management continues to raise the rent There are several tenants who are on a fixed income and will not get a raise and or disable and cannot work it is unfair to these people who can barely afford to live here and buy food as well Thi 2019-02-17T18:06:24Z
This is a nice affordable apartment for seniors However I am very disappointed that when it is time for renewal the property management continues to raise the rent There are several tenants who are on a fixed income and will not get a raise and or disable and cannot work it is unfair to these people who can barely afford to live here and buy food as well This should be taken into consideration for the fact that the State of Maryland or Howard County does not help much with senior citizens or the disable that cannot get extra help or have family around I know for a fact that there has been elderly residents evicted because they cannot afford the new adjustments It is unfair and our elderly folks should have some type of relief as they get older Just a food for thought you never know what some one is going through or has been through more ... hide ...

Rude and unprofessional As soon as I walk into the leasing office the front desk rep stares at me after I greet her She didnt answer so greet her again and get back ahey and a stare as if Ive interrupted her Mind you she wasnt doing anything when I walked in Explain Ive called about a mail key and getting a replacement Comes back and says they dont have one 2022-08-12T18:09:00Z

Management office is generally unhelpful and uninformed The snow plow removal teams they hire is one of the worst seen Literally only perform one pass around the parking lots making a very narrow lane for the entire community and stacking snow around parked cars leaving about 5 feet between cars and the plowed lane for residents to shovel and in some cases b 2014-02-14T11:05:36Z
Management office is generally unhelpful and uninformed The snow plow removal teams they hire is one of the worst seen Literally only perform one pass around the parking lots making a very narrow lane for the entire community and stacking snow around parked cars leaving about 5 feet between cars and the plowed lane for residents to shovel and in some cases blocked in entirely They do not evenly cleanly plow when it is newly fallen and warmer leaving huge clumps in the plowed section to freeze overnight and making it impossible for residents to shovel without any salting A plow can only do so much why not have a bobcat come around to do some more cleanup if the plow teams cant handle it I can see if it was the first snow storm of the season but theyve had 4 or 5 chances to become prepared The trash pickup will not even be able to come through at this rate The only redeemable feature is the team that handshovels AND SALTS the sidewalknnNo concern for residents whatsoever here be ware Certainly would be impossible for anyone with a disability to make it off the sidewalk and on to the parking lots We can only be grateful that emergency vehicles have not had to visit the community I dont see how they would be able to bring and ambulance paramedics down in the lots more ... hide ...
