We have lived there for more than six years In the beginning it was a wonderful place to live Potential residence were properly screened and approved to move in We had access to all of the amenities outlined in our lease and we felt safe and secure at all timesnNow with the current in house staff anyone that applies is allowed to move in doors are not secured and the underground garage is open weekly from 9 to5ish for anyone to access the building Open rooms community room computer room etc are locked and we are not able to access them at times Management has changed or changed their name several times When issues are shared with the inhouse staff seldom are they handled in a professional manner If you visit the current managements website you will not find any names There is one number provided when you call that number you are greeted by a recording that prompts you to dial by name only The one star is for location It is conveniently located minutes from 100 and 95 In an attempt to find the most current management company it is different than the information they are providing the residence more ... hide ...
