This rating is for the property manager Brad at this location If there was a 0 star I would definitely rated him 0 than a 1 He is rude and unprofessional when speaking with him I had a concern regarding my family members bill for rent and late fees The family member does not speak English and was in and out of the hospital for awhile and was not able to pay rent and sign the lease I spoke with Brad about the rent and lease situation and I vividly remember him saying to not worry about it until my family member was back to his apartment After 2 months a letter was sent that he has late fees Neither Brad or anyone in the office communicated with us about the rent and late fees He told me that its not his responsibility to remind tenants to pay rent when I clearly spoke to him about the situation prior In fact because he is a member of the leasing office not to mention a property manager his duty does include notifying tenants of rent matters He also told me that this is not about me and not my concern Well its concerning my family member who told me to call on his behalf so it was very rude of him to tell me that He is not friendly at all nor provide good customer service I dont know how someone like him can be in charge of a property especially a senior apartment complex that requires attention and care for elderly tenants more ... hide ...
