Incompetence personified Lived here for 10 years with constant maintenance and management problems Theyre changed management at least 4 times since then with little change I left in 2018 and signed forms to be released from my lease only to find several eviction notices filed against me months after I left which has affected my credit and rental report I called them to investigate why they were filing against me and they said they lost my paperwork and didnt update their system Now I have to go to court to have them removed The same has happened to 3 other people I know that lived here They dont hesitate to hire maintenance people that have literally confessed that they have no training and do not know what they are doing We had several requests ignored and marked as finished when no one came by The staff leaves messes caulk paint chips stains on carpet and does not clean up after themselves if they do respond to requests They use paint and caulk as a fix all for foundational issues They will not hesitate to post personal information on someone elses door or outside for anyone to see Pests rodents roof leaks water damage lost paperwork mold package thieves The foundation of many of their buildings are falling apart literally Do not move here more ... hide ...

We just moved my mom into this community and I am def pleasantly surprised and happy with this community I think I am more excited than my momlol its a lovely community and has loads of things for seniors to do and enjoy Its only been 2 wks but I really like it for her as of now
