The exterior of the building is nice but dont let that fool you Dont get me wrong the inside is nice as well sometimes it has a small gym community room laundry room have to use ur own money and a computer roomlibrary The building is 50 clean and 50 dirty because the residents here is filthy The trash in the lobby is always full to the top because the residents use it as their personal garbage smh The floorselevator is mostly dirty because residents dropspill things and dont pick it up which is disgusting The building smells like weed all the time I feel like im getting high just off the smell in the halls ans stairwells The computer room is nice but you can never use it because apparently its a watch yourself daycare service meaning children is ALWAYS ALWAYS on it 247 with no PARENTAL CONTROL or GUIDANCE There is also no paper in the printer and I dont even think the printer works The computer desktops are dirty because of the kids The kids in the PC room are always LOUDD and WILD idk how people feel so safe to leave their child in there for hours alone but teach its own The laundryroom washers and dryers are a bit dirty once again because of nasty people that live here I would wash my clothes and it will smell like a even when i put a lot of detergent in it so i go to another laundry mat somewhere else Maintenance Cleaning people are barely here because the building is mostly dirty and I requested maintenance over 3 times in the past months and still no one came to my apartment i had to unclog my own sink because I was so tired of waiting on maintenance never showing up Neighbors here are soooooo annoying you cant even walk in your home without being harassed or hearing your neighbor banging on the wall because of noise they complain about 247 but i thought thats why we have quite hours to regulate that I thought this building was nice when i first moved in but its so ratchet now so many hoodlum activities going on here and its ridiculous Its so out of hand that im afraid for my children to walk downstairs alone to catch the bus in the mornings At this point Im just so ready to move Moving here was a BIG MISTAKE Since moving in I havent been happy because its always something going on in here and nothing is being done about it The manager Nikki tries her best with making rules but no one goes by it The people here are just filthy and disgusting im surprised I havent seen any roaches or bugs YET I guess this wat happens when u accept SECTION 8 In your complex smh I would really give this building a 1 star but I gave it 2 only because Nikki do try to keep it up but of course no one follows the rules I dont blame management too much I blame the people and kids that has no home training more ... hide ...

Me and my husband moved in December of 2021 and as soon as our lease is up we are out of heer The community is nice and the apartment is also nice However my apartment is infested with beetles ants and spiders everywhere I called for pest control twice the first time they didnt give me a date on when pest control was coming after an entire week passed by the 2022-03-31T21:43:56Z
Me and my husband moved in December of 2021 and as soon as our lease is up we are out of heer The community is nice and the apartment is also nice However my apartment is infested with beetles ants and spiders everywhere I called for pest control twice the first time they didnt give me a date on when pest control was coming after an entire week passed by they randomly showed up at 8 in the morning when I was about to literally hop in the shower for work I asked if they can come back in 20 minutes the lady had a attitude and never came back I called to ask them for an appointment after wards THREE WEEKS ago and was told the next time someone can come is March 31 I said okay cool I made sure not to work today just so that they can come no one came My children has been scared to sleep and stay in their room because of all the spiders in their room I really believe theres a nest of eggs in their room or crack somewhere But moving on literally ever since moving here things has been falling off and breaking apart every singly week something is falling out of nowhere dish washer thermometer closet door shower handle door knobs YOU NAME IT The water take forever to get warm like a comment mentioned below the air conditioner takes forever to cool down the house I had a Maintence guy WALKED straight into my house after I yelled and said just a second and he did not care Like how terrifying is that to see especially with the world we live in today I do NOT recommend this place to no one it may seem nice but its been a nightmarennIm only giving two stars because Maintence has been top notch and always came right away to fix what ever Except for that one guy who just walked in more ... hide ...
