I had been meaning to leave a review for Fairgreen but I never got around to it so Im leaving it now My grandparents have lived here for some years My grandfather passed away in January of 2017 My grandma still lives here and the place has not changed This apartment is so disgusting and nasty to the point of it being infuriating People are always spilling different kinds of liquids on the floor in the elevator My grandma has found something gross in one of the laundry rooms dryers The hallways reek of cabbage beans or some other gas causing food The manager could care less about maintaining a presentable building Last but not least and this is probably the most perplexing but very few seniors actually live here I typically see people who seem to be quite young Not to mention its apparent background checks arent required because many of the residents look deranged The last reviewer is correct about how there have been overdoses Way before that had happened I figured some of the residents were drug addicts based on their appearance Whenever I come here to visit my grandma people are standing in the parking lot smoking I think the problem comes from Perry Point sending over the nutty veterans By no means am I trying to disrespect people who served in the military I appreciate their bravery but the vets who were sent to Fairgreen obviously have issues and theyre not getting enough help Theres hardly any activities except for bingo and dominos Residents mostly sit outside on the porch and stare down the throat of every person who walks inside Overall this apartment community is a negative environment with too many flaws Please do not believe the YouTube video its false advertising They mustve cleaned before filming because this place is not that spotless I definitely suggest browsing around before making a decision Theres so many other senior housing facilities that have a much brighter and more energetic atmosphere than Fairgreen
