I talked to 4 diffrent people that live here and they all said since the new office manager has been here they have been really nasty and uncooperative and it feels like a jail and they wish they could afford to move If a family member dies here they will try anything to not help or let family in be warned very nasty and lazy staff They will lock office door 2022-06-24T14:50:35Z

WELL IM SICKLY ON SSI SINCE I WAS 14YRS OLD NOW IM 41 AND THEY TELLING ME ITS 62 ON UP MY FIANCE IS 65 AND HE GET SSI THEN SHE SAID I MUST BE 55 YRS OLDIF I COULD GIVE U A TIP OF A STAR BELIEVE YOU WOULD GET IT

The apartments are cold in the winterfall It is impossible to enjoy dinner or family time in the living room comfortably The maintenance is horrible when moving in I did not have new carpet or blinds The geese are bad in the area You are unable to walk out or in your front door without stepping and tracking goose poop

Great atmosphere and common area is always a buzz with life Its a very nice place for older functioning people to live and interact with people their own age Doors are locked Family can be buzzed in Overall good place

I love my apartment it is very nice Love my staff thay are very wonderful people to be with i am greatful too be around them do not take them away from hear at home on Johnson s pond On lake st Salisbury MD thay are So good working with the residents an the kids in the both buildings of home on Johnson pond We love them do not move them Away thank u
