Honestly I never expect anything from the staff beca they do what they do but yes there service is very slow we just moved into one bedroom apartment and I find small rat or mice in there I call them week ago beca I just move and mice been there already I call them no one respond after I complain I will call one more time now lets see I gave 3star beca the 2022-04-24T21:31:37Z

I lived at The Glen over 4 12 years and enjoyed the location and space The grounds are also inviting as there are several mature trees on the property If you like a little bit of nature in an urban setting this property is worth checking out Overall the neighbors were great I never had packages that were delivered and sitting outside my door disturbed and people were generally pleasant The buildings are older but I found them to be more sound resistant I really didnt hear my neighbors outside some normal stuff unless they were intentionally being loud To that end over the course of about 2 years there was one particular neighbor in another building that was ridiculously loud with their music blasting at high volume and opening windows and doors Numerous neighbors complained and the previous management took some steps to address It but the issue was never really resolved kept happening at intervals with some breaks in the noise HOWEVER under the new management I noticed an immediate improvement My last few months were peaceful and I was incredibly impressed with the new management especially the Assistant Manager Stacy Freeman They are professional responsive and kind If I hadnt transferred to another state with my job I would have renewed my lease more ... hide ...
