Just a quick note to thank Patty Rotondo of Creative living in Andover for suggesting a mens weekend getaway for my nephew who has special needs When he came home he was so excited to talk about all the things he did while he was away I was not sure how this was going to work out much to my surprise I did not receive a phone call to come and get him he even asked when he can go again I am happy to know that there is a place for special needs children and young adults to attend and have a full life 5 STARS for you at Creative Living Keep the LOVE growing its contagious more ... hide ...

After a serious of minor strokes at the young age of 64 last year I decided to move my father to Atria Marland Place for assisted living after looking at various other assisted living homes in the areagreat decision on my behalf as they take care of everything for him and I dont have to worry or take it on myself as what would be essentially a second jobnnThe staff there is nothing short wonderful and I really mean this from the ladies that work the front desk to the Executive Director Kim and everyone in between I tend to check in a lot and ask for things and they are always more than happy to help me with whatever I need to make my fathers life more comfortablennI am not the type to leave a review on anything unless I really love or really hate it and in this case I love Atria it is clean well maintained plenty to do and they are a fantastic staff Even more recently I had the experience that inspired me to leave a review My father was in an apartment there located directly under someone who had loud furniture and medical equipment and he likes to keep to himself for the most part and it was really getting to him so much so that even though he really likes Atria he was asking me to find him somewhere new because this was overwhelming I spoke with staff there and especially the Executive Director Kim about the situation and they were all over it for me They actually took the time and resources to show my father a new apartment there and when he gave the green light they moved him for me HUGE WEIGHT OFF MY SHOULDERS I couldnt be more grateful and now he is content and happy as a clam Hands down Ive done the research this is the best Assisted living around at least in eastern Massachusetts more ... hide ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE Have been living here for the last 4 months and it has been horrible Not a safe place to live at all just in the lot outside my building there have been AT LEAST 6 break ins in the time Ive been here Yes smashed windows and all My car was one of them not only were two of my windows smashed but things I had in there for work were stolen out o 2021-10-12T12:21:27Z
DO NOT LIVE HERE Have been living here for the last 4 months and it has been horrible Not a safe place to live at all just in the lot outside my building there have been AT LEAST 6 break ins in the time Ive been here Yes smashed windows and all My car was one of them not only were two of my windows smashed but things I had in there for work were stolen out of my car Every time it happens and management is asked to implement security features they do NOTHING but ignore you They do the whole song and dance of oh well pass this along but nothing has changed Nobody seems to be willing to do anything to protect the residents POLICE who have responded to these smash and grabs have also told management that cameras should be put up to no avail Seriously nobody in management cares about the residents just the money There is no police detail and no security cameras anywhere on the premise If youre looking for a safe community this isnt it I wouldnt want to be raising my children in such an unsafe location and I wish I could get out of my lease sooner because this is ridiculous more ... hide ...
