Ive been living in a property owned by Cruz and they disappoint me Poor preventive maintenance a negligent staff and mistreatment to the tenants When I needed a handicapped ramp put in they tried their best to avoid the situation Ramps were needed on the properties and mind you it is the law I had to fight for better accessibility for residents in wheelchairs and this was during renovations They also lied to all the tenants and did not renovate everything that was promised At a meeting Danny Cruz was rude to me when I asked questions about accessibility and a better heating system He thought it was the same system from 1988 until I had to prove him wrong I recently had a flood that I warned them was about to happen but an irresponsible employee didnt right up work orders and the tenants had to suffer I couldnt use my cooking range and had to order take out They dont even have the decency to reimburse me for that We never see anybody from Cruz at our property unless its for a photo op They suppose to care about the Cape Verdean community take care of the Verdean Gardens 1st You got a lot of us living in your properties more ... hide ...
