My car was broken into inside of the resident lot weeks after I moved in Rodentinfested buildings Unhelpful property managernnThere was a string of car breakins in the resident lot a few weeks after I moved in My car was one of the cars that were broken into and I was told by a worker in the management office we have nothing to do with that Make a report with BPD It sounded harsh but it seemed logical so I contacted BPDnnShortly after cameras were installed on the propertynnA month or two later a package I had ordered around the holiday was stolen Most carriers that deliver to this property deliver packages to the management office regardless of what your individual address is I was unsuccessful in getting a replacement package through the insurance the vendor had with the carriernnAfter confirming with the carrier USPS that it was delivered and signed for by someone at the management office I spoke with the PROPERTY MANAGER to find out where my package could be I had checked the mailroom in the office on several different occasions and the package wasnt there I let her know that it had been signed for by someone in the office but wasnt in the mail room She replied I dont know what to tell you We provide this service as a courtesynnI asked her if shed be able to tell me who signed for the package to which she responded I probably signed for it So finally I asked if theyd be able to look at footage from the newly installed security cameras to help aid in an investigation once I filed my police report This property manager interrupted me by repeating No I cant do that THE WHOLE TIME I spoke I asked her again if the office would be able to provide the footage not me personally but to whichever detective was assigned Finally she said surennWhen I followed up with the investigator a week or two later he let me know that the property manager told him there was no camera footage to give So my package was stolen and was never refunded or replacednnAside from ALL of this there are mice EVERYWHERE Ive put my name on the list for the propertys contracted pest control service provider to come to my apt several times Theyve been here 4 times so far and there are still so many mice more ... hide ...
