I have been a resident for five years they cater to their tenants right were they are in life Correspondence between management and tenants is in their own native language and community notices and pertinent information and events are always current They not only post tenant notices events both in house and out in public areas areas that are visablle to everyone and they go the extra mile by sliding duplicate copies under each tenants apartment door in their own native language They try to fulfill individual needs as much as possible And when they cant they are willing to go the extra mile to find an agency in a timely and consideratenmannerThen they follow up by a personal phonencall or a one on one invite to confirm if the accommodation has been met Tenants show theirnappreciation by picking up loose scraps of paper in corridors elevator and the laundry room ChristmasnThangsgiveng and personal cards for birthdays various other occasions are left with envelopes hoping that they will be put to good usei cant remember the last time I went to use a dryer in the laundry and their was a pile of lent left by the previous patron When the coin machine in the laundry room has been emptied of quarters I have seen a note with a bunch of quarters on topnwith a note of empathy stating I know the feeling of having a pile of dirty laundry all ready fornwashing and you are trying to keep on schedule with your long list of Todays chores I hopenthese extra quarters can be of help to you and of course the note is anonymous nI personally have had a favorite lunch from childhood Mom use to make grilled cheese sandwiches with Tomato soup I kept telling myselfI should get a grill from savers butnIt kept slipping my mind About six months ago there was a grill on the cloths folding counternSaying I hope this can be of use to someonenI really dont know how many different languages are spoken is this blessed facility nHowever the language of kindness is not restricted to any one ethnicity and the respectnFor souls which the last time I counted was one for every person God made in his own imagenIs perhaps the strongest strength for Riley HousenI was blessed by knowing Bishop Rley Personally and I cant think of a more humble human beingnand just the fact that it is named after him By the way he didnt want the recognitionnDeserves a sixth star The virtuous behavior of so many tenants leads me to believe his spirit is still a among usnHis Excellencys comment to his parishionersnwas Our help is in the name of the LordnTo which they responded Who made heaven and earth more ... hide ...

Castle square is an amazing and beautiful place to live They really do spend a lot of time on property and making it look awesome for residents and for everyone to enjoy They have an awesome garden that anyone can enjoy for the summer This garden looks like a paradise and its Free for everyone to enjoy The security staff is very professional Ive been living at Castle for many years now The officers that work there have great personalities and are awesome with the kids in the neighborhood just good people all around Steve and Rafael are the best The third officer witch no one really knows his name is an ok guy as well We just call him the big guy hes kind of quiet Its really wonderful to know that we have such a vigilant team of security like Rafael and Steve to protect us while we sleep If your looking for a wonderful place to lay down some roots for years to come Castle Square is the place to be There are generations of families that live at this Beautiful housing complex Thank you Castle Square Mangement and Longwood Security team for all that you do for us Keep up the good work SGT Gonzalez and Steve you guys deserve a raise more ... hide ...
