Do not move here I have lived here for four years and every year Ive told myself this would be the last but didnt act on it for various reasons The location is good the view if you get lucky with your unit number is great but the management ruins everything Literally everything about management here is the worst Package delivery Forget about it your stuff will get stolen Going to their office for anything Forget about it they are only open for a few hours while you are at work Getting things fixed in your apartment Forget about it you have to file an emergency request just to get a response within a few weeks including serious things such as water leaks Want a reasonable temperature in your apartment Forget about it your thermostat doesnt do much management controls whether the heat or AC is available one or the other and they are insane about it The heat is on during hot spring days over 85 F degrees and the AC is on during cold autumn nights under 30 F degrees They send notices saying they are just following the law but I looked it up and its a lie I plan to file a complaint with a government agency since management is unresponsivennThe fire alarms go off a lot here because there are a lot of people who smoke indoors Last year they changed to a no smoking policy but people still do it and the fire department comes here quite often I have seen it happen multiple times in one week There is a guy here who forgot his sweatshirt on the stove and caused a pretty serious fire in our buildingnnOn top of all of that they have raised the rent every single year You probably dont get a raise every year at work but even if you do the rent increase is probably more more ... hide ...

Amy Lowell apartments are one of the best apartment complex we have ever lived in Besides having the best location and being right by the North Station TD Garden and my dog loving walks right by the Charles River the most amazing thing is the Management and community here We have amazing neighbors clean nice apartment and very friendly staff that we are grat 2020-04-29T21:51:45Z
Amy Lowell apartments are one of the best apartment complex we have ever lived in Besides having the best location and being right by the North Station TD Garden and my dog loving walks right by the Charles River the most amazing thing is the Management and community here We have amazing neighbors clean nice apartment and very friendly staff that we are grateful fornI am writing this review during the pandemic Covid19 and how Amy Lowell Management and our dear Patricia taking care of us is just amazing She randomly brings face mask for us when I couldnt find anywhere in the stores and I just today found a new bag of soap and Sudoku book hanged by my door just makes us feel so touched and melts my heart how they really care They even bring our packages to our door daily so we dont have to leave the apartmentnI just wanted to write this review hoping they would see and know how much we appreciate themnFor the future residents this would be the best place you can find in West End for probably the best price As a small note if you need a parking check the next door Apt complex where private people rent their parking spaces thats how we do more ... hide ...

Waterford Place is a hidden gem I lived here in a 2 bedroom for over 9 years and it truly felt like home I never had any issues with Susan in the management office and John and his crew always respond to maintenance requests quickly If you are thinking about living here I would highly recommend

I will not say recommend or not recommend I will just list my experience and let you decidennPros Overall nice position and very close to the Orange line station Price is comparatively cheaper for this area with the heating included Staffs are nice in general except some specific issues stated as followsnnCons Mostly management issues First they always like to enter your apartment for checking or maintenance This happens at least once per month Also the time to enter your apartment can be quite random Fairly speaking they would give you a notice before any action However the time listed there can be as long as one week or even two weeks If you are similar to me having many precious valuables figures jewelleries in your apartment this can be very troublesome Also what is the reason of doing the same checking or maintenance frequently Why is it still compulsory if the tenants or should I regard myself a tenant declare that the apartment is finennAnother more serious problem is the fire alarm testing You may need to suffer a fire alarm test from 930 am to 1100 am at least a week in the year This can be painful if you work at home right I am a mathematician You have no way to complain or ask for the reason why the same test is conducted every day Important message you need to accept every action they want whenever they give you a notice Basically they can do everything they like after sending a notice You have no choice no matter you think it is reasonable or notnnSometimes hot water supply stops during your shower It takes time for the hot water to recover Kids may play in the playground quite loudly during the weekendnnOverall I would suggest you to think carefully if you would like to have a quiet nondisturbing and private apartment like me and my wife If you look for something convenient and cheaper thats OK more ... hide ...
