Tldr This place is horrible dont rent from Winn Residential or Olmsted Green They will not provide maintenance at allnnLike others have said the apartments look nice but the office is completely disorganized and unhelpfulnnLidia Pereira is the property manager and is not competent at all Its been a mess trying to get anything done even during the application process and then as a resident Most calls and emails go unreturned And when you do get a response nothing actually gets taken care of or answerednnThey also provide very little maintenance at Olmsted Green When I moved in 7 weeks ago several things were broken or missing and maintenance has not fixed them and most never even received an acknowledgment Ive had to fix several things myself Lidia blames NEI the company that built the apartments She says theyre supposed to fix things So maybe theyre also bad Beware of both companies and rent elsewherennUPDATE After 3 months of living here maintenance requests opened during our first week for items that were broken before we moved in still have not been addressednnThey did finally get us laundry machines after 2 months of living here but they were installed incorrectly and we had 2 gas leaks and a flood from the laundry machines in the first week because maintenance messed them upnnI eventually heard from Lidias boss Magdalene Luciano who made all kinds of promises on a phone call but didnt follow through on any of them She even admitted that they have been receiving a huge amount of complaints for the same things weve been dealing with but nothing has been done to improve the issues She also doesnt return emails or phone calls after making these false promises more ... hide ...
