Ive had Nerry as my manager for over a decade and at that time She was always understanding helpful and resourceful as well I thne had Carol who recently no longer work there I am now with Kelly who I havent met yet but I am sure shes great 0 nAs far as the the office staff enounters I havent had much experience with although I had a time when an employee was belittling me was extremely rude over the phone with me I had reported the conversationyears ago and I received an apology by the upper management team which was nice As far as the buildings I do know there have been several occasions mice have been an issue and at some locations RATS are a huge problem on the exterior of the building parking garage and playground BHA had a project done recently and at one point rats seem to find another place to run but they are back I believe this is a community issue and not just BHA I have never experiences roaches but would hope the housing authority would address that immediately as roaches like to travel As a resident we also need to take ownership to be sure the following are kept up to par in our apartments Dirty dishes in the sink Crumbs in the floors or counters Garbage Pet food on the floor and excess moisture As a housing resident we need to take ownership in our community we as residents need to teach our children to not liter as well I see it a lot It shouldnt be the maintences responsibility to pick up our trash When residents are taking out trash we need to be mindful trash should be in the trash not on the side Those rats will tear it up and come ack looking for more I can agree with most comments that ALL apartments are very outdated and they should reconsider where their fund are applied too Most of Boston Housing buildings are brand new and updated and just unsure why more ... hide ...

The person at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and nasty She hung up the first time I called then put me on hold without saying anything then refused to transfer the call or get me to voicemail I dont know about you but I work hard for my money and would never spend it at a facility as unprofessional as this Id look elsewhere

The management just discriminated on me and my son for a handicap unit I feel Simmon should be fired My son had a complete heart transplant eight months ago I submitted a copy of his Dr letter but basically it isnt good enough and he will not hold the unit until we get a letter with the Description of his opinion Like really can we get time to submit the do 2021-01-25T15:54:35Z
The management just discriminated on me and my son for a handicap unit I feel Simmon should be fired My son had a complete heart transplant eight months ago I submitted a copy of his Dr letter but basically it isnt good enough and he will not hold the unit until we get a letter with the Description of his opinion Like really can we get time to submit the documents in full everyone deserves three to five business days it a pandemic out here The letter stated facts so his opinion should not matter He actually said he understands all about heart transplants and still discriminated against me Simmon isnt the one who has the final say Usually its up to the overseer above him I thought Only told us Friday we need a reasonable accommodation letter which can take up to three business days I never even had the chance to submit my letter either from my Dr Oh but the City funded the apartment complex and we dont meet the income requirements to rent a new units after my son went to review the new apartment and we processed applications I never had to give a letter to verify my disability are my sons to anyone but my housing case managers I feel this was asked out of the scope and violated our right to medical privacy at that we are black and shows people are actually judging I want a lawyer to sue Simmon and a apologie from Winn Management People in the community are already under distress and emotional Seriously it pained me to have doors closed in my face before I even finished the process more ... hide ...
