I have lived here for 25 years and in all my years here Ive seen many changesall of them have been TERRIBLEn First of all the AC is broken every other weekn They have been working on a busted pipe for months now causing us to frequently lose hot water or all watern They have been working on repairs to the roof for almost the entire yearn The back yard consis 2016-12-15T01:36:43Z
I have lived here for 25 years and in all my years here Ive seen many changesall of them have been TERRIBLEn First of all the AC is broken every other weekn They have been working on a busted pipe for months now causing us to frequently lose hot water or all watern They have been working on repairs to the roof for almost the entire yearn The back yard consist of outdated grills wooden and outdated jungle gym set a pool which opens late and closes earlyn The staff for the most part are friendly with the exception of a couple who play spys for management and report in on the personalprivate lives of the residentsn They use to have a kids center for them to do homework after school and play games watch tv and make arts and crafts but they got rid of that years agon They have a workout room with outdated and run down equipmentn As of 2016 the building is now a smoke free facility so if your a smoker you have to walk to the street to partake in a cigaretten New toilets and windows were installed recently The toilets are meant to be green and save water but how can you save it when you have to flush it 27 times and the windows are neither here nor there Didnt even replace ALL the windowsn The worst offender was Kim Bacca The most inconsiderate general manager ever She would evict you with an evil grin on her face She was recently fired when one of her employees was hospitalized for being over worked and went to corporate and complained Maybe things will get betternMy final advice Live Somewhere Else more ... hide ...
