This is the worst place ever to have your voucher at trust me I came to the multiple and multiple times about things and they dont care its to the point where its if somebody wanted to email me directly and Im talking about as in people who want to if anybody is looking into they dont take responsibility and consider other peoples feelings or are not accountable for anything that they do trust me theyll give you somebody elses information and its like Social Security or certificate and everything it didnt happen at once but it happened multiple times and I reached out to them multiple times and theyre gonna say nope thats what you got yours thats yours you guys can send me a message on here if you guys want to hear more I can share trust more ... hide ...

My husband and I recently located to the Ames Shovel Works Apartments We looked at many homes in the area and found the unique architecture and open conceptloft style apartments at Ames to be perfect for us Since moving in we have found the apartment and grounds to be very very quiet a big plus for us and the neighbors to be friendly and gracious The staff Abby Jess Fran and Pete are especially attentive and helpful especially during our initial visit and the leasing process After moving in we discovered a small issue with a leak from the upstairs shower into our pantry a gasket had dried up from lack of use by the prior tenant and the issue was resolved quickly by the apartments contracted plumber We are impressed The grounds are kept clean and the paths and parking lots clear of snow and ice It is especially nice to live in a home where cats and dogs are welcome And we are so happy to be living in a green space where the water quality is most excellent and recycling and energy savings are encouraged more ... hide ...
