Ive lived in this 55 apartment building for 5 months so far and its been a good experience This was a former shoe factory thats been refurbished The interiors of the apartments retain the oldschool factory charm with high ceilings brick walls and big beautiful windows along with uptodate appliancesnnThe property management staff are friendly yet professional 2020-02-24T23:59:06Z

Yarnworks management has gone extremely downhill If you enjoy hearing your neighbors conversations cough etc then this place is for you Looks are deceiving these apartments were made extremely cheap and there is 0 insulation in the walls and between floors You will hear someones dog above you consistently drop toysbark someone walking in high heels all day l 2022-03-27T23:25:07Z

I want to give zero score for this office but I had to choose score 1 This office has rude staff Two ladies there are very rude and they work closely with inspector Joe Joe is very rude and nasty toward landlords Joe was a failed landlord He sold all his rental properties 67 years ago when the market was low Joe cannot be a landlord so that he wants all landlords fail Joe gave very hard time toward landlords who want to rent their properties to section 8 tenants from Fitchburg Housing A lot of landlords complained about Joe The Fitchburg Housing office only has contract with Joe and only uses Joe as the sole inspector for section 8 housing from this office They work together closely to give landlords very hard time And to make it worse landlords have no other choice to change to another home inspector Therefore Joe is arrogant and very harsh on landlords I am a landlord with multiple section 8 apartments I dont mind fixing apartments But I do mind the mean way Joe treats me We landlords deserve respect Those people are very mean and unable for landlord to work with They make section 8 voucher holders have very difficult time in finding section 8 housing more ... hide ...

This review is long sorry about that My house is on Crestview and its awesome I have a relatively private backyard area and theres a large area for my kids to play in the front away from vehicles which is really nice But the management team is by far the rudest group of people you will ever meet They are seldom at the leasing office at the scheduled hours if they show up during the day at all they charge you for standard repairs such as bathroom mold the maintenance workers that do eventually show up leave your house a mess whatever their shoes drag in stays in whatever mess they make while making repairs also stays and generally speaking just a lack of common courtesy I definitely recommend the units if you get a nice clean one but if you need help from the management company its going to get trickynIn November the property manager John tried to kick me and my son out yes before Christmas because I usually pay my rent within 6 days due to financial stresses instead of exactly on the first day of the month however I have never not paid rent in the 6 years Ive lived here In the 6 years Ive been living here that had NEVER been an issue before So if he just doesnt like you for any reason be ready for retaliation He uses his power as manager to make you miserable He sued me refused to deposit the check for over 2 weeks and we all know how fun it is when someone is holding a check on you and once in court refused to allow me the 6 days to pay rent as before even though it is standard to allow that 6 day periodnIn general if you get a nice unit in a good location its a good place to live just dont expect much from the Simon Companies They are here for the money not for customer service more ... hide ...

My husband and I dont get many nights away these days Last minute we decided to book a night away just the two of us kid free We were looking for something different than a hotel Something relaxing and unique This place had everything we wantednnLuckily we got to spend some time by the firepit and jacuzzi outside before it rained The jacuzzi tub in the room we booked was absolutely amazing as well The owners Sarah and Ryan were great hosts and were very accommodating They gave us great recommendations on where to go grab a drink and some food Breakfast in the morning was as delicious as if we went to a nice restaurant We will have to go back to see the beautiful grounds in full bloomnnI could go on and on All of the small details really add up Book this place you wont regret itnnThanks again Sarah and Ryan for a great night away from our chaos at home more ... hide ...
