Yarnworks management has gone extremely downhill If you enjoy hearing your neighbors conversations cough etc then this place is for you Looks are deceiving these apartments were made extremely cheap and there is 0 insulation in the walls and between floors You will hear someones dog above you consistently drop toysbark someone walking in high heels all day l 2022-03-27T23:25:07Z

I want to give zero score for this office but I had to choose score 1 This office has rude staff Two ladies there are very rude and they work closely with inspector Joe Joe is very rude and nasty toward landlords Joe was a failed landlord He sold all his rental properties 67 years ago when the market was low Joe cannot be a landlord so that he wants all landlords fail Joe gave very hard time toward landlords who want to rent their properties to section 8 tenants from Fitchburg Housing A lot of landlords complained about Joe The Fitchburg Housing office only has contract with Joe and only uses Joe as the sole inspector for section 8 housing from this office They work together closely to give landlords very hard time And to make it worse landlords have no other choice to change to another home inspector Therefore Joe is arrogant and very harsh on landlords I am a landlord with multiple section 8 apartments I dont mind fixing apartments But I do mind the mean way Joe treats me We landlords deserve respect Those people are very mean and unable for landlord to work with They make section 8 voucher holders have very difficult time in finding section 8 housing more ... hide ...
