I have lived here 25 years and the new Property management violates your rights dont answer the phone gives lease violations without hearing two sides they have taken away all but 10 Handicap parking spots they told us the day after the government said no mask out side we could not sit on our patio in front of building they let Certain people get away with things the trash is not being taken care no maintenance person to take care of it they have taped all the chairs in lobby washing machines in all the buildings are broken many time and take no responsibility for them will not answer the door to office all they say is call and dont open the door the leases are all screwed up and they havent done any thing about it took away our bird feeders do to mice that a Lie its because of all the renovations tell us work will be done and it does not windows they put in leak and so many park where they want and park in handicap spaces with out a placard and nothing is done Certain people prop the security door open at all hours and I have called the office several times and noting is being done its a really bad living conditions with many health concerns and parking in the Fire lanes and the one person they have cleaning the building does not change the water when cleaning the floors always on phone they also stop us from getting snacks ect out of vending machines more ... hide ...

Im a current resident My chiefest complaint is the laundry room Nearly every single tenant Ive spoken to has had laundry missing noticeable amounts Theres cameras in the laundry room but for years weve been told theyre broken They get all these complaints and charge a lot but cant make sure the camera works when theyre actively and constantly receiving complaints about the issue I also wanna point out a review on here that seems to have been given 3 weeks ago with 3 stars reviewer left no explanation but gave the marshfield inn 5 stars and spoke on it like it was the ritz that motel has bed bugs Its a dump cant imagine that reviewer should be taken seriously lol more ... hide ...
