I lived in Leominster for 7 years and I have to say that the Leominster Public Housing Authority is the best The staff is very professional attentive respectful and treats people with attention and care I never had a problem with any of my workers which include Janet Mora Urania Correa Whitney and the last one who attended me was Vernica Medina who helped me throughout the process of my move They are very efficient trained people who know what they are doing Whenever I had a problem they helped me to solve it promptly and my calls were always answered efficiently One of the things that I liked the most about this office is that the staff treats the clients with respect and dignity not like in other offices that the employees think they are better than the clients they serve Without realizing that without clients they would not have a job and that they are there to help people and treat them with dignity more ... hide ...

I know not being spanish speaking i would be placed on a waiting list this is not right i know some whom are spanish speaking etc never get on a waitong list I also know i will never be called because of my race so sad i will sunmit my complaint to MCAD and prove this

This is a safe and pleasant place to live I really cant complain I cant give it 4 or 5 stars because it could most definitely use a interior upgrade It is Circa 1975 Also the air conditioner I have first off didnt do anything But when I was fall cleaning I realized a amazingly morbid amount of mold And Ive been in pain like never before all summer Since I 2020-10-09T01:17:15Z
This is a safe and pleasant place to live I really cant complain I cant give it 4 or 5 stars because it could most definitely use a interior upgrade It is Circa 1975 Also the air conditioner I have first off didnt do anything But when I was fall cleaning I realized a amazingly morbid amount of mold And Ive been in pain like never before all summer Since I have a sensitivity to mold that is why SO Now how do I get this mold Elephant out of here Well I dont know Lol Its a roof over my child head and Management do their best to keep things going but pipes are consistently being repaired It would be cheaper to just replace all the water pipes But the dumpsters are picked up and emptied more then 2 times a week which is good And the landscaping is nice The inside is another story The staff is awesome But how do I approach them with the mold when I have so much more I need carpets ripped up a new AC and Refrigerator But I feel COVID is enough for them And lose a star for not having any storage I am super depressed about this place having no place to store anything I have to either throw it away or buy a unit Storage units have issues that would make me worse off then now There is no pool so at least redo the interior and pull up these carpets that cause the sickness I have to flair up as if on steroids Ive been super ill all summer And its the AC And carpets Thank you I think you knew it was no 5 star Ive stayed at the Ritz so its definitely a low 3 here more ... hide ...
