I applied for emergency housing for me and my two kids and they gave me the run around They kept my folder to the side and never looked through it I was lied to about Dan not being there and they unprofessionally went through my folder and after asking me for information that was already in there I am a very downtoearth honest and caring person with a disability expecting to be treated with respect just as I gave them I am living with my used to be significant other who stopped paying rent but because he stopped paying rent my kids and I cannot get put on the emergency housing list fyi The kids and I have been on section 8 and Housing list for over nine years with them I am very disappointed that Dan who was there and walked out had Said to me that he gets a lot of people who come in and apply alone with kids and end up having their significant other move back in after being accepted I think that is unacceptable and unprofessional for someone to judge everyone who walks in there the same waynI am mostly disgusted in how the secretary handled the situation I dont deserve to be lied to and I dont deserve to be treated like im some sort of lying selfish individual that you seem to see walk through your door everyday
