I have been a client of Bridgewell for a long time and their services have gone way downhill Staff turn around is ridiculous no communication between staff and front desk management has no clue whats going on No one from their main headquarters return calls or for that matter cant get a hold of anyone to file a complaint with Would not recommend them for a 2021-09-19T15:50:23Z
I have been a client of Bridgewell for a long time and their services have gone way downhill Staff turn around is ridiculous no communication between staff and front desk management has no clue whats going on No one from their main headquarters return calls or for that matter cant get a hold of anyone to file a complaint with Would not recommend them for anyone with a mental health illness All they care about is money not client care As of 2020 they made over 75 million dollars and in April of 2021 they got a popular loan forc10 million They definitely shouldnt be in the mental health field They USE to care but unfortunately they have become like alot of places and treat mental health clients very poorly and as one staff member said to me we are sorry to lose a long time CUSTOMER like you But yet Bridgewell claims to be a very caring and supportive facility Which to me is very funny UPDATE Someone from headquarters finally did get ahold of me but unfortunately NOTHING came out of it So my advice is DONT bother making a complaint Just move on and hope that you find a placesomeone who actually cares and wants to help more ... hide ...

The women who work at this housing authority simply do not care Especially Charlene who would only speak with me over the phone The kindest thing I can say is that maybe shes suffering from job burn out Her lack of interest was the clearest thing that came through the phone And it was more than she was just having a bad day This is the first negative review 2018-02-28T15:12:33Z

These people are a scam theyll lead you on giving you false hope of getting the apartment and when its close to the date of move in they change the date on you and they illegally ask for 401k for approval when they shouldnt be they tell you that you have the apartment and gives you a day to pick up the keys and then comes telling you that you make to much an 2022-04-27T20:07:04Z
