This place is not professional at all We went and looked at an apartment last year and decided to wait a little longer before resuming our apartment search so we saw they had an apartment listed on apartmentscom so on 417 I called and left a voicemail inquiring and did not receive a response so I filled out the inquiry form online on 424 and today I received 2022-04-26T00:15:53Z
This place is not professional at all We went and looked at an apartment last year and decided to wait a little longer before resuming our apartment search so we saw they had an apartment listed on apartmentscom so on 417 I called and left a voicemail inquiring and did not receive a response so I filled out the inquiry form online on 424 and today I received an email saying that we can schedule a walk through etc so I called and got no answer so I waited a couple of hours and called again and still no answer so I sent an email and I received a quite vague and rude response saying Currently we have a waitlist at Pinewood Estates and at Rolling Meadows I do not have any apartments available to show at Pinewood Estates at this time You did tour them last year and they look the same as last year If there is a wait list then that should be advertised and if they dont have any apartments to show then why did they send me an email earlier in the day saying Please let us know if you would like to schedule a viewing of an apartment Appointments are available Monday through Friday 95 Also yes I saw the apartments last year but I didnt know if the apartment they have listed on apartmentscom is a different layout or floor plan Its concerning that they dont answer the phone so the communication is definitely lacking I have called other apartments and I have always gotten an answer when I called I work in customer service and I will be the first to tell you this is not good etiquette If they cant answer the phone for a potential tenant and give opposite information than what is shown then that makes you wonder how it would be actually living there I wont be considering this place anymore more ... hide ...
