Riverview Meadows Apartments has been a great place to live My wife and I moved here last year and couldnt be happier The phase II buildings were recently built in 2017 and still have that new feel to them Our one bedroom apartment came with stainless steel finished appliances granite countertops a standing kitchen island for bar stool dining and a washer and dryer nonstacked in their own utility closet with the furnace Appliances are all electric including the stove microwave dishwasher and refrigerator All utilities are included in rent except for power and cable which have to be set up by the tenant The complex includes a pool no hottub unfortunately grilling patio and gated playground for kids There are also bike racks and picnic tables distributed helter skelter throughout the complex There is typically no trash or litter to be found on the apartments west of the office building The parking lots and walkways are well lit at night and snow removal and salting is taken care of during the winter months There are a few drawbacks as listed belown There is no gym on site Perhaps in time they will convert the underused clubhouse into onen Both ground level apartments we have stayed in have exhibited evidence of foundation cracking This is typical for hastily built dwellings but allows burrowing pests to easily enter the house such as ants termites etcn Apartment furnaces only seem to have MERV 2 filters the typical home has an MERV 58 FilternOverall we recommend this apartment complex more ... hide ...

Maintenance is great and deserves a 5 star rating Management is poor When I complain about the loud music next door management does nothing even though it is against the lease to play loud music that disturbs others This has been an ongoing problem When I first moved in 4 years ago the previous manager dealt with this effectively but when the present manager 2017-06-15T21:40:34Z
Maintenance is great and deserves a 5 star rating Management is poor When I complain about the loud music next door management does nothing even though it is against the lease to play loud music that disturbs others This has been an ongoing problem When I first moved in 4 years ago the previous manager dealt with this effectively but when the present manager took over she will not She tells me if its after 10PM call the police I cannot sit or have company at my dinning table It gets so bad my walls shake There are others in this building much younger than this person who are so respectful and a joy to have as neighborsso I really dont want to have to move Management should do their job more ... hide ...
