I lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance Theres good upgrades in the apartments Theres plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable My issues were living in the 4th floor theres no elevator the rent is too high for that of type floor and be prepared for the bunch of lazy neighbors whi 2014-08-09T14:26:11Z
I lived at Cumberland homes for about 6 yrs I never had any complain about the staff or maintenance Theres good upgrades in the apartments Theres plenty space in the apartments and they are very comfortable My issues were living in the 4th floor theres no elevator the rent is too high for that of type floor and be prepared for the bunch of lazy neighbors which dont do anything for their lives hanguing at the parking lot drinking alcohol smoking weed and listening really load music while the kids were around playing and this is most during summer time the police is always around due to this problem its a shame But even though is a good point its close to everything Hope they would correct these issues cause otherwise would b a great place to live more ... hide ...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE especially in times of despair and desperation from fleeing violence an chaos Very hypocritical values and standards that the staff dont ABIDE too while they inflict more damage to ones psyche by continuous bullying by staff an very poor treatment You leave there feeling more unraveled then when you arrived and if you go to the higherups they do nothing unless youre white so youll build a lot of resentment towards staff You will also become angry and bitter by your treatment there which is normal if youre harassed continuously an degradation sets in but theyll use the passive aggressiveness against you which they caused The African American staff are the worst when it comes to treatment and very belittling an condescending towards others especially their own It is impossible to work on ones self or perform selfcare when it feels like you are in a institutional like setting to say the least They beat you downnnn so far that it seems impossible to get back up and leaves you feeling lost an empty without no where else to go instead of the opposite way Its beyond appalling what goes on there behindthescenes but if them walls could talk you would be utterly disgusted by what you hear The case managers are great and truly seem sincere while trying to help you progress in getting back on your feet an back into society Only upside while being theres also another wonderful woman that worked graveyard shift was the Lords blessings in disguise for those of us that needed it the most a divine earth Angel sent to mend and heal the suffering of others because she has been through it herself more ... hide ...

Staff is friendly and the setting is structure But clients feel like thats there home they take advantage of the space like they paying rent1st day I had conflict with someone I had to pray about itOver all FOH is OK for the time being Im trying to Really find an apartment making this a stepping stone
