Fraudulent I filled out the centralized application which is supposed to be for all the housing authorities I got to the top of Woburn housing authority and was told because I dont live or work in Woburn that I cant get their section 8 So why would they join the centralized housing application process if they are only offering their services to their residen

Nice place and neighborhood but security is lacking It seems like anyone can walk in from the street and the people at the front desk have a pretty careless attitude Also there are no security cameras in site which makes it easy for anyone to walk away with the residents belongings I wouldnt feel safe living here

We are very pleased with the management company especially the maintenance team No request goes unnoticed they fix things right away The office is doing a great job trying to enhance the community spirit We love the pool in summer and the gym all year round There are areas for improvement though there are not enough lights on the territory and it gets really

We are very pleased with the management company especially the maintenance team No request goes unnoticed they fix things right away The office is doing a great job trying to enhance the community spirit We love the pool in summer and the gym all year round There are areas for improvement though there are not enough lights on the territory and it gets really dark at night time I also wish the hot water supply could be fixed sometimes you run out of it in the shower But overall great work KimballtnnThe fellow tenants however keep disapponting There is pets poop everywhere on the ground and abandoned shopping carts even on the floors I am also not comfortable with occasional strong smell of marijuana in the building But I guess the administration cant do much about it
