Enclave is honestly one of the best places by GVSU Ive lived here for 2 years and Im coming back next years bringing even more people because everything you would need they have Theres 2 pools flat rate utility 2 separate gyms tanning printing bonfire pits and so much more Highly recommend

Management doesnt take care of the building windows not washed in over 10years ceiling plaster cracked and havent painted in over 10years Carpet throughout the entire building needs to be cleaned or replaced dogs having accident all over 4years 5 different on site managers head manager just says yes and never fixes anything
