Parkway Meadows absolutely SUCKS now with new management Very expensive Has a bunch of new pointless rules for example no bbq grills on patio which makes no sense WHY cant you have a bbq grill and bbq at your own home when you have a townhouse Took the playground and moved it but didnt remodel it with new equipment Same playground thats been there since the 2018-01-02T15:35:11Z
Parkway Meadows absolutely SUCKS now with new management Very expensive Has a bunch of new pointless rules for example no bbq grills on patio which makes no sense WHY cant you have a bbq grill and bbq at your own home when you have a townhouse Took the playground and moved it but didnt remodel it with new equipment Same playground thats been there since the 70s with holes in the equipment Tried to close the pool and not let the kids use it last year as well for some dumb reason On top of everything they closed the clubhouse that my family has used for several events for decades because they wanted to find a way to charge ppl and the government wouldnt allow them too With the clubhouse you just had to pay a refundable deposit and a 35 cleaning fee New management tried to charge money for it but since this was not allowed and cant make money off of us theyd prefer to not let ppl use it at all and take it out on the residents which is wrong Too expensive for section 8 new management is poor Which is probably why every couple months everyone is replaced and new ppl come in more ... hide ...
