I love my apartment Its spacious a little out dated as far as amenities and fixtures but still very nice and spacious Maintenance responds in a timely fashion and as long as communication is being had they will work with you in moments of financial hardships Very clean and quite on the outside I havent had any issues with unruly neighbors no pest problems at

I love my apartment Its spacious a little out dated as far as amenities and fixtures but still very nice and spacious Maintenance responds in a timely fashion and as long as communication is being had they will work with you in moments of financial hardships Very clean and quite on the outside I havent had any issues with unruly neighbors no pest problems at all and all of my household appliances work Melissa was ok to deal with as a leasing manager but I LOVE the 2 new ladies in the office now I think their names are Mary and Heather Im unsure but they are greatThe one thing I do dislike is the loud music that is played by people blasting music out their car as they drive through the parking lots Other than that Teal Run is wonderful and I plan on resigning my lease in a few months

This place is a joke Maintenance never gets anything done and management is never in the office so they never answer their phones Trash is always through the apartment and it takes forever for them to come pick the trash up My lease was up in July and we did a walk through and checked the things I was going to get charged for which was only blinds for 4 room

This place is a joke Maintenance never gets anything done and management is never in the office so they never answer their phones Trash is always through the apartment and it takes forever for them to come pick the trash up My lease was up in July and we did a walk through and checked the things I was going to get charged for which was only blinds for 4 rooms I received a letter in the mail stating Im getting charged for carpet stains and carpet stretching AFTER we did the walk through and was only told I was getting charged for blinds I had 6 carpet stains which were pea size stains there is no way I should be getting charged for carpet stains when the carpet has to be shampooed after moving out which is normal wear and tear I cleaned that place top to bottom LITERALLY at this point I feel that they didnt want to give me my deposit back

I went with my son and his girlfriend when they rented an apartment here The woman that was the manager at the time was extremely nice When we looked at the apartment they said the carpeting needed replacing as did the appliances In front of me they told them that they had a choice of renting it at the posted monthly rent if they left the old appliances and

I went with my son and his girlfriend when they rented an apartment here The woman that was the manager at the time was extremely nice When we looked at the apartment they said the carpeting needed replacing as did the appliances In front of me they told them that they had a choice of renting it at the posted monthly rent if they left the old appliances and just clean the carpet or they could replace it all at an increase They opted to have it left as is All this is documented At the time they rented the neighbors were quiet As time went on the manager was no longer there and there were people sleeping in the hallways and climbing balconys to get into apartments They did bring this and many other things to the apartment manager attention Some things were addressed some were not They had the opportunity to buy our house and asked what they would owe to get out of the lease They were told an amount and provided it along with the 30 day notice When my son walked them through the apartment the woman commented on how she was impressed how clean the apartment was left So after these two one is 19 and one is 20 were never delinquent paid 4000 to get out of the lease which they will rent out that apartment and basically be double dipping for rent They had the nerve to send them a bill for 150 for damages which included them taking their security deposit That carpet was trashed when they rented it It was still wet from them cleaning it when they moved in There were a few little things25 here or they that they said they knew they would be responsible for but not the carpet Not many kids that age are this responsible and they did everything they were supposed to do They should be ashamed of themselves They have a legal responsibility to mitigate damages and rent this apartment to someone else And to return the difference to me son and his girlfriend Guess they will see you in court I am the first person to tell them if there is something they should have done it needs to do to make things right They did exactly what they were supposed to do and Im proud of them Oh and did I mention They were always on time with their rent Stellar tenants Took responsibility for what they needed to and then somennAnd they had my review removed from yelp because it wasnt first hand experience I was there during the rental and dealt with the original manager I was there for everything that was told to them And they refused mediation to resolve this issue without going to court
