The units themselves are decent but the management is terrible I have twice now witnessed my personal vehicle being damaged by other tenants children who are allowed to play in the middle of the parking lot They have a playground area First time it was struck by a ball and the second time was ran into with a bicycle Which has resulted in body shop work to re 2014-08-30T00:44:40Z
The units themselves are decent but the management is terrible I have twice now witnessed my personal vehicle being damaged by other tenants children who are allowed to play in the middle of the parking lot They have a playground area First time it was struck by a ball and the second time was ran into with a bicycle Which has resulted in body shop work to repair multiple scratches and a dent We have came home numerous times in early morning hours 1am and had children still out riding their bikes right out infront of our moving vehicle I wouldnt hold the management responsible for these issues if it wasnt for the fact that its on sitelivein management so they see just as much as I do Its supposed to be a pet free complex but multiple people have big dogs little dogs and cats There seems to be no curfew whatsoever in respect for other people living there and having to deal with the noise of children running up and down the stairs screaming all hours of the night When our neighbors smoke weed which is everyday the smell comes through the vents into our own apartment and I have had people confront me about my personal clothing smelling of weed because of it The cops are continuously there due to the children and their parents fighting The unit quality is a 4 but because of the terrible management overall rate would be 0 if I could more ... hide ...

Managers are rude strict rules and lots of gossip

They state on their sign and in their application that they are EOH but yet refuse to let someone in there that gets SSISfor an income This us in no way EOH
