This facility is a perfect example of how not to manage any kind of business Its a Low income based facility yet they wont except someone and the 2 kids who really NEEDS a place to call home more then I can explain they denied them and wont give them the reason after accepting them and dragging them until the last second Which is now going to put them in a homeless position They have nothing and NEED and have the financial guarantee of payments but the management is worried about the state performing a simple inspection and its a sad thing that they have a complex that obviously is under par and just want to also state that Ill be on every web site I can to tell this as well my connections with WZZM 13 FOX 17 employees they will be my first stop to discuss a stint on this exact problem Its not just Red oak management its others but this isnt ok people who need the help are being pushed around within the system with no one to hold anyone accountable Its RED OAKS choices on how they want to handle thisnConcerned Neighbors more ... hide ...

My time at Plaza Towers has been wonderful I adore the facilities including the sports deck movie theater and pool The staff is excellent and promptly attends to all of my needs The views are magnificent My apartment is beautifully decorated All should visit Plaza in my opinion

Your neighbors will steal your packages and try to break into your apartment After that it will take about a month for them to come out and change your locks Heat whats that Furnace is completely out with no plan or help from management
