Its kept up the grounds are carved for really well and the apartments are nice

infested with mice they refuse to fix anything had no heat in the dead of winter during a blizzard for over a week had to get a hotel when they finally did fix the heat they broke the central air and then charged us for it they called us a cry baby cause we kept complaining that our stove wasnt working for over 3 months we didnt have a stove
