Im changing my rating on this place because I went 7 days without hot water and 5 days without water at all because my hot water tank broke and flooded my bedroom my bathroom some of my kitchen laundry room hall closet and master closet All because the local office staff wanted to I feel inconvenience me for the fact that Im moving out at the end of June I s 2018-05-15T19:37:50Z
Im changing my rating on this place because I went 7 days without hot water and 5 days without water at all because my hot water tank broke and flooded my bedroom my bathroom some of my kitchen laundry room hall closet and master closet All because the local office staff wanted to I feel inconvenience me for the fact that Im moving out at the end of June I should also state that I have 3 kids that live in the house one being a 2 year old Also Ive needed a new showertub since last fall and just found out that it wouldnt be replaced until after I moved out And under the stairs is the cold air return which had never been cleaned ever It was a fire hazard waiting to happennnAnd I dont blame the maintenance staff because they only do what they are told to do Because both the maintenance guys are very nice friendly and professional Which again is more than I can say for the people running the office Those 2 never answer phone calls or return phone calls when there is a problem nor do they try to help in any way more ... hide ...

Have lived here for over two years and love it Apartments are perfect size and very reasonably priced People say negative things about office staff but I think they are great never have had a issues they are very easy to talk to The complex is very friendly everyone says HI when they see you Never have had a issue with loud music or noise Seems to be many ol 2021-10-22T20:46:32Z
Have lived here for over two years and love it Apartments are perfect size and very reasonably priced People say negative things about office staff but I think they are great never have had a issues they are very easy to talk to The complex is very friendly everyone says HI when they see you Never have had a issue with loud music or noise Seems to be many older adults living here but with a school age child there are families and kids to play with And two playgrounds small but fun The pool hasnt opened the last two years but completely understand because of COVID Still close enough to beaches if want to swim And in the two and a half years I have lived here the rent increased only once and was only by 30 And when you sign the lease you do for a year and after are automatically month to month so if you are looking to move to house or elsewhere after the year there is no breaking a lease I even checked with Chesterfield PD before moving in and they even admitted to no crime problems in the last ten plus years since new management came in I honestly cant say enough positive things about living here Packages dont get stolen people actually look out for each other Where I lived before before spilting with my ex charges so much more and isnt even close to being as safe as herennI love that while this is a apartment complex it feels like a townhouse or condo Its pet friendly and very clean I have had packages delivered when I wasnt home few times while I was working and never worried about them getting stolen While I cant speak for their other complex Oakview Square is just amazing It was recommended to me by former coworker who lived here and I have not been disappointed For cost location feel safety this really is a hidden gem more ... hide ...
