UNCARING INEPT UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENTndo yourself a favor and RUN dont walk AWAY from this place unless you like paying 1400 a month to slow roast inside your own apartment current resident of 2 years building management has been too lazycheap for 3 summers to replace nonexistent AC if you move here expect to have your apartment be 90 degrees while the outside temp is 72 maintenance staff is super nice and always tries to help but the whole system is BUSTED front office will not reply to emails or calls until you threaten to withhold rent definitely not safe for pets when they try to market themselves as a pet friendly residence do not move herennupdated after management responsenthe AC issue is NOT exclusive to my unit 5349 AC went out building wide on August 4 2022 average weekend temp of 88 degrees Tenants did not receive any info about this outage until end of the day on August 8 As of today 81922 AC is still not fixed throughout the building FIFTEEN DAYS IN AUGUST WITHOUT AC AND COUNTINGnI have sent multiple emails to the management team and they have not replied to a single one not even just about the AC There are multiple ceiling leaks on our floor with ceiling tiles growing mold or just dripping water onto tenants heads if they have broken down completely The stairwell door which leads to the street has been broken for weeks no response from management that they are fixing it or even aware of it despite multiple emails The management here just wants your money and does not give a sht about tenants or quality of living here more ... hide ...
