They dont do maintenance on the laundry appliances and youre gonna have to buy a heater for the winter if you have 1000 square feet But its a decent place to stay

I have lived at the Strathmore since it first opened in 2016 and I cant imagine moving anywhere else I love my apt and all of the amenities dishwasher full size in unit washerdryer AC etc Some have mentioned high electric bills in Winter I found that if I put mine on an autosched where it goes lower late at night and while I am at work it keeps the cost d 2019-07-04T01:55:08Z
I have lived at the Strathmore since it first opened in 2016 and I cant imagine moving anywhere else I love my apt and all of the amenities dishwasher full size in unit washerdryer AC etc Some have mentioned high electric bills in Winter I found that if I put mine on an autosched where it goes lower late at night and while I am at work it keeps the cost down There is usually only 1 month in the Winter where it is high and this year that was during the polar vortex The building is kept clean the windows were all recently cleaned as well The Building Manager is friendly and helpful She is always aware of what is happening in the bldg and making sure it is safe All of my requests for service are handled in a quick manner with updates The apartment is also very quiet I never hear other noises from tenants I compare apt prices around me all the time and this building is the best deal in the area that has all the amenities like this one Location is great so much to do eat shop within walking distance In terms of safety both the Wayne State Police and Detroit Police patrol this area Highly recommend more ... hide ...
