I value my time Ive never put the energy into writing a review for anything The most recent review of the Whitdell building on Hubbard has not been my experience Ive lived here for over two years The building is maintained regularly cleaned The lawn maintenance is consistent regularly attended to I would describe the comment about car safety at the location to be blatantly false A gated parking lot with ample lighting an abundance of parking spots is free for tenants I would consider that a win I do not worry about the safety of my car Ive had no issuesnnBedbugs If there were any hint of bedbugs in this building I wouldnt live here Bedbugs also directly relate to the people who you bring into your home A previous review mentioned mice coming out of the walls Again I have not seen any mice during my two years herennThe management team follow up with you they are not hard to deal with Since I work through the day the property managers corresponds through email with me She consistently responds within 24 business hours In efforts of transparency I am LATE on my rent frequently She works with me so I dont have to pay court cost every monthnAgain writing Google reviews isnt my thing The other review is the total opposite of my experience more ... hide ...

When you call the main office the workers are so ghetto and ignore everything you say They talk over you and never apologize for anything Save yourself the hassle and live somewhere with better staff They do not have your backs here

School for kids gave us bags full of supplies and activity things fun the kids we had a blastnAnd really nice books omg

ZERO STARS after giving Property Manager checks25 nonrefundable app fee 250 holding deposit I was unable to get in contact with said Property Manager via email or phone over course of a month and multiple attempts I would literally drive and wait outside building til someone came out because there is no real entrance for the public BEST PART I was given 2020-10-15T14:30:24Z
ZERO STARS after giving Property Manager checks25 nonrefundable app fee 250 holding deposit I was unable to get in contact with said Property Manager via email or phone over course of a month and multiple attempts I would literally drive and wait outside building til someone came out because there is no real entrance for the public BEST PART I was given a movein date but told over a month issues with apartment water problems no refridgerator The day before move in I call to sqaure things away and 430pm I was told I would not be able to move in Problem is Property Manager set the dates and knew I was moving out of current apartment the next daysame day as move in date which she set so I was left scrambling to find storage unit and place to sleep in under 24 hours Good Times Detroit Good Times more ... hide ...
