5th time my bedroom has flooded They try to fix it but it has never been resolved Prior resident was transferred to a new apartment because she was tired of the flooding and it was never resolved Instead of properly fixing the problem they placed a bandaid only to move someone else in Never correcting the problem or admitting fault Currently my bedroom carpet is so saturated it is squishy Absolutely water logged The last time I was left with a fan for 3 days blowing my carpet Unable to use my bedroom Once the carpet was dry it was stretched without being secured at the edges For 1500 a month for a 1 bedroom the quality of care is beyond shotty Limited skill for maintenance with a profit only management The management Chandra is not about running a well maintained property Only responds when things are brought to the publics attention I Currently have a home with mildew and most likely mold This has been announced to management and I have had no response Definitely steer clear of this place The later pictures are left with They are leaving me with a concrete floor until I move thats how walkabout treats their tenants Smh fyi I had to request some type of flooring 2 cheap runners Thanks Walkabout Creek smh more ... hide ...
