I applied for an apartment there last year and was denied because of my criminal record however I found out later my exfather in law works for the Property Owner out of St Joseph Michigan My exfather in law and I do NOT get along he and his wife have guardianship of my daughter and DO NOT want to give her back I have visitation and more coming up sometime so 2013-10-04T14:44:52Z
I applied for an apartment there last year and was denied because of my criminal record however I found out later my exfather in law works for the Property Owner out of St Joseph Michigan My exfather in law and I do NOT get along he and his wife have guardianship of my daughter and DO NOT want to give her back I have visitation and more coming up sometime soon Anyway I am sharing this information because after I applied for the apartment there my exhusband not his son found out I applied there and said some things that were NOT true that I supposedly put on the application Thankfully I saved a copy My exhusband and exfather in law have buddied up and that is where he got his information from Now as far as my exfather in law getting informationhow he got it YOU TELL ME HMMMMM pretty easily figured out I sayI spoke to someone at HUD and they told me to reapply I did and its been a few months and I have not received a reply I would certainly appeal it if denied as my situation has changed tremendously The felony that I have is not violent in naturenor is it a crime against a child or a minor The issue in fact was really ridiculous and a family issuetotally Anyway I have been advised to take action on this matter but dont want to cause a lot of friction because I actually would like to live thereI know a few people that live there and have lived there in the past And to say the least the rent is totally beyond reasonable and I feel Id be happy there and my kids too I am going to call the office again and try and get some answersif my time has ran out to file an appeal I guess I will have to call the contact I have with HUD and figure out what to doany suggestions more ... hide ...

Please do not waste your time moving here unless youre desperate Before I moved in a resident had warned me not to unless I wanted continuous problems and I blew it off that he was just an upset resident but I found out for myself that it was true If you get a downstairs apartment you will be able to hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make You have to 2019-03-22T20:49:32Z
Please do not waste your time moving here unless youre desperate Before I moved in a resident had warned me not to unless I wanted continuous problems and I blew it off that he was just an upset resident but I found out for myself that it was true If you get a downstairs apartment you will be able to hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make You have to fight for parking spots unless you pay extra because residents are allowed to have multiple cars that they just leave parked for months and when you complain to the office they tell YOU to pay extra for ONE parking spot that is supposed to come with the apartment instead of telling the people with multiple cars to pay extra to park other cars They made everybody switch to a new very unprofessional cable phone and internet company called Innfinnity the company will lie to you and even make you pay for a full month of services even if their systems were down for half a month I will admit the apartment itself is beautiful but I am moving out after a a year because Im just wanting to live and not have so many problems where I live Every month I had somebody in my apartment for various reasons like bombing for bugs things constantly messing up inside the apartment or inspections My only reason for writing this review is to warn people so they do not waste their time and money moving into here like I did more ... hide ...
