Absolutely horrendous When we first moved in we needed 5 maintenance requests in the first week They boarded up under the kitchen sink with 2x4 from leakage from previous tenants problems Mold in the wall in the master bathroom peeling sink panels and broken doors on cabinets ant problem the sockets were not covered so exposed wires on multiple outlets Overp 2018-07-08T02:28:55Z

Good place to live We moved in during transition of management and the new management staff are wonderful Maintenance responds quickly too Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighbors especially upstair neighbors but it is not too bad I have had similar experiences with other apartment complexes Parking around the building that I live in is quite limite 2022-01-19T21:56:01Z
Good place to live We moved in during transition of management and the new management staff are wonderful Maintenance responds quickly too Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighbors especially upstair neighbors but it is not too bad I have had similar experiences with other apartment complexes Parking around the building that I live in is quite limited and I often have to park at another building The leasing office is very nice and includes an exercise room a package room and living room and a small kitchen The pool is great for swimming or just laying around there are many reclining chairs and some tables too and there are new amenities on the way Overall I enjoy living here more ... hide ...

Theyve been told dozens of times there are homeless people sleeping in the building hallways and havent done anything They ask their residents to give good reviews for giveaways BEWARE many good reviews are for that
