I am a Case Manager in Bay City Michigan I have tried contacting this agency for a couple of months now I have left approximately 5 voicemails I call during business hours and no one ever answers the phone or returns my calls This is a very unprofessional way to run a government funded establishment

Ive lived here for almost 3 years and it has been fantastic There is obvious noise from hustle and bustle but there are other people living here The neighbors are real sweet and the Property Manager Amanda is a hit She runs this place so well and we just love the job she does I would absolutely recommend this for new renters or retiring gents
