There has been a change in the property management group since I moved in 8117 The previous group was horrible This new group go out of their way to see residents are satisfied I have upgraded my rating for this reasonnI live in the 500 building Dauner II am extremely satisfied with my living experience here I love my spacious apartment enjoy spending evenings on my deck My unit faces into the woods Deer watching year round bird watching in the summer Hummingbirds abound Residents plant flowers show pride in living here Management keeps the grounds nice common areas clean responds to maintenance issues promptly Overall this is a really nice place to livenI rate 4 stars because of the lies that were told to me by the previous management that has affected my living experience here Im confident that if I had started my lease with this new management group my rating would have been 5 more ... hide ...

Great management and maintenance and residents Find Mom have the privilege of living here for 5 years until early 2020 I cant say enough about management and maintenance and how well they treat people and how well they keep things up If there was ever any questions or needs they were willing to help 24 hours a day The facility is kept extremely and there is 2021-03-07T03:43:47Z
Great management and maintenance and residents Find Mom have the privilege of living here for 5 years until early 2020 I cant say enough about management and maintenance and how well they treat people and how well they keep things up If there was ever any questions or needs they were willing to help 24 hours a day The facility is kept extremely and there is sincere caring for all the residents in between presidents as well I travel a lot for work so Im in a lot of hotels and this would be equal to 3 star or 4 star hotel with customer ratings of nine or 10 Really is awesome place for a senior to live The facility is kept locked and there are buzzers to allow family and friends to be buzzed up to the different rooms The elevator was always fast and always work Even small stains were quickly fixed on the floors and the facility always smelled nice or neutral which is even better as far as Im concerned Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for my mom and I always felt like she was being taken care of even though was there a couple times a week I always knew I could call you or count on you to fix things if there was ever a problem So thanks Millpond Manor Fenton Michigan I really sincerely and prayerfully am thankful for you more ... hide ...

The staff is kind and courteous and have been very helpful with any question or concern I have had The housekeeping staff my Mom has is excellent and so sweet and caring to all her needs In all there are no perfect situations for as many residents that live in one location and trying to please everyone is nearly impossible but I feel this is a very nice plac 2019-04-22T23:06:15Z

People drive incredibly fast My friend still lives there and we both agree maintenance is horrible at being professional He has knocked on the door often and even unlocked it without a phone call beforethey do not call you before they come over they just kinda expect you to be there and readyand if there is an emergency downstairs there was some water damag 2014-03-10T20:52:24Z
People drive incredibly fast My friend still lives there and we both agree maintenance is horrible at being professional He has knocked on the door often and even unlocked it without a phone call beforethey do not call you before they come over they just kinda expect you to be there and readyand if there is an emergency downstairs there was some water damage they will come in unlock your door and yell anyone home one day I came out of my bedroom in just a sheet I was so startlednnNeighbors are horrible if you are on the top floor Expect problems if you weigh over 30 pounds and you are walking around in your homehad the cops called on me at 10 pm at night because my kids were still up and walking around that is when I had it and had to leavennI was on the waiting list for low income for about a yearand I was told while we were living there we would get them faster because we were residents One month I called for a week We could not afford to pay 800 and up anymore I left a few voice mails because no one ever called me backwhen I finally went in to talk to them after a week had gone by with no phone calls backshe yelled at me and said that She would have called me if they had something You should always call your tenants backWhen we finally decided to leave after a year and 3 months there I put in my 30 days noticeand Got a call that they had oneright when we were leavingThanksnnoverall if you are an older couple yeah its okayif you have kids or petsno more ... hide ...
