My mom and dad lived here for 7 years My dad passed away and not long after my mom experienced a fire due to a microwave shorting out causing a circuit fire Kearsley Villa tried suing her for damages but lost their case in court because it was obvious it was an electrical fire beyond moms control The incident still haunts my mom in that Kearsley Villa gave a 2019-03-05T04:27:01Z

Eagle Ridge apartments is a great place to live The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are maintained by onsite maintenance The manager of the complex Ms Bailey is also very responsive to the complaints and concerns of the tenants Ms Bailey is held in high regard by almost all of the tenants at the complex Lastly as a former contractor at Eagle R 2018-08-22T22:31:24Z

Considered moving in here when I got the tour The apartments look nice but my niece moved in and after seeing what she has been through I changed my mind Her place was broken into 2xthose are the times she knows of We assumed its a maintenance person because the door was always locked I picked up her daughter one day and did not have a key so I could only lo 2013-04-17T15:07:33Z
Considered moving in here when I got the tour The apartments look nice but my niece moved in and after seeing what she has been through I changed my mind Her place was broken into 2xthose are the times she knows of We assumed its a maintenance person because the door was always locked I picked up her daughter one day and did not have a key so I could only lock the bottom lock but when we came back the top lock was locked Never figured out what was taken that time but the 2nd time over 200 went missing Then one night she heard a huge crash and went out to her kitchen and the entire cabinet fell off the wallthat was a couple months agostill not fixed I have a kid and this place isnt safe enough for me And the roads are terrible more ... hide ...
