My mom lived at Heron Manor for over three years she paid a 60000 deposit wich they were trying to keep due to carpet being wore She moved out over a month ago and I disputed her deposit so they decided to give her some of it back when my mom lived there many nights they only had one nurse on the floor taking care of three floors of people I know the state w 2014-10-03T20:08:26Z

The people that live here are really nice apts are small thats the one bedrooms two bedrooms are a little bigger bathrooms are big management is only here once a week but manager is nice

My mother lives here and has for 6 years The apartment is nice and cozy They have a nice community room and it has a kitchen area available for gatherings They had a problem with bedbugs and really didnt do the best job of dealing with getting rid of them They should have dealt with the originating apartment and notified the surrounding apartments as soon as 2019-01-09T14:30:13Z
My mother lives here and has for 6 years The apartment is nice and cozy They have a nice community room and it has a kitchen area available for gatherings They had a problem with bedbugs and really didnt do the best job of dealing with getting rid of them They should have dealt with the originating apartment and notified the surrounding apartments as soon as they found out treated the originating apartment and the apartments on every side Also they used to have dogs come through and they stopped doing this preventative measure to cut costs Im guessing However my mother did have a lot of unnecessary stuff and we were able to go through and get rid of it due to this major undertaking for a disabled senior Lastly they made her pay for the treatment Had they dealt with it appropriately from the beginning she should never have been infested with BEDBUGS more ... hide ...
