Awful place to live if you have children The manager takes childrens bikes and locks them in the maintenance shed if they are accidentally left somewhere other than the bike rack They arent allowed to ride bikes or skateboards on the walkways You have to follow your kids around everywhere outside otherwise you get a violation with a nasty note Sitting outside on my porch is not supervising my kids My cousin came to visit me from out of town and she tried to have his truck towed for no reason It was legal The manager watches every guest you have and then assumes they live with you and then give your guest a no trespassing order so they cant come to your place anymore She gives specific people violations and lets others do what they want If a bike is left in the grass she takes it but allows someone else to have a fire pit in the front of their porch and tells them when the maintenance man is going to cut the grass Dont move here if u want to live in peace more ... hide ...
