Made me feel very unwelcome visiting my mom I live in PA and travel in a 23ft RV I was told I couldnt park in their parking lot and was told to park at Meijer which doesnt allow overnight parking I also get hassled Everytime I visit because I have dogs I do my best to keep them quiet and I clean up after them I was only there 3 days and was approached twic 2018-08-19T02:31:53Z

I have lived here for nearly 6 years and the old management that left during the summer of 2018 was amazing They always cared about their tenants and maintenance was great Since new management has taken over maintenance is slow the manager in the office is rude and I personally have not heard a single nice word about all the changes in management and the renovations that have taken place Also they have made it 100 smoke free That includes no smoking in the apartments or outside anywhere And since the new nonsmoking rule was put in place I have seen the ladies that work in the office smoking on the property multiple times And they never answer the phonesnnPrices jumped 40 per month because of the renovationnnDo you like to grill Well you cant even have one on the premises Enjoy feeding birds Well you cant Enjoy spending time on your porch Better make sure your furniture is very nice looking because they wont accept anything less Enjoy gardening or looking at nice landscaping Well you cant plant anything and since the renovation they out just about all the plants Enjoy a cigarette here and there Well you cant because there is 100 no smoking anywhere on the premises even in your car Enjoy being able to use a ramp to get onto the sidewalk to get into your house Better be prepared to walk half the complex to find onenEnjoy being treated like a child who isnt taken seriously and no one cares about This is the place for younAlso prices jumped 40 per month because of the renovation more ... hide ...
