Needs a LOT of work Drug filled community with violence at any turn Trash everywhere and cockroach infested Maintenance breaks things when changing light bulbs and leaves the broken pieces inside of your apartment when done and gone Nothing ever gets fixed PR replaced on time

Was told to post my review on here The portal doesnt post them to google but the landlord Alex is great and chill he also is putting in more preventative measures to reduce crime I have had to be very careful because my car got broken into We also have people who try to scam tenants Maintenance and Heather and Alex do an excellent job running this complex as 2022-06-09T22:41:32Z
Was told to post my review on here The portal doesnt post them to google but the landlord Alex is great and chill he also is putting in more preventative measures to reduce crime I have had to be very careful because my car got broken into We also have people who try to scam tenants Maintenance and Heather and Alex do an excellent job running this complex as the security has gone up and also maintenance did a very nice job fixing our AC They responded fast And I didnt have to sit in an 87 apartment anymore and they have been so good to us Nice place to live near stores resturaunts post office bus stop etc more ... hide ...

My mother lives here and I have found the maintenance shoddy the appliances and fixtures old or juryrigged The management is rude and speaks to the tenants in a harsh voice as though they were bad children When maintenance is needed they are asked What did you do to it did you break it or Thanks to you we had to pay an electrician to fix this you know this i 2013-11-12T22:29:43Z
