I could not be happier with Katie Blauvelt from Williams Kitchen and Bath for her design expertise and fivestar customer service on our complete kitchen remodel From start to finish Katie took the time to know us understand our vision provide the design and revisions and to work together with our contractor every step of the way Katie provided a wonderfully symmetrical design making functional use of every inch of space integrated our ideas and suggested additional touches She patiently facilitated the many decisions needed to get the project finalized and ordered and kept the ball rolling by checking in lending an ear a design opinion or simply waiting for us to feel ready to take the next step Katie communicated with our contractor to make sure all of the products big and small were installed according to the vision Honestly the design is better than I even imagined and Katie was really the best possible person to work with Thank you Katie more ... hide ...

I generally dont leave negative reviews but when I do I share my worst nightmares If you dont have enough time to read I put one liner for younExperience Slow service dishonesty poor value for money There are other local movers who are far superior than them at least in my recent experience on move on 992022 To know in details read onnnI moved within 05 miles from 2 bed apartment to a single family home I had a TV a daybed a computer table a recliner sofa 2 bookshelves 15 boxes 4 mattresses 1 bunk bed disassembled 1 platform bed All were packed and made ready for them to move within 05 miles They only diassembled portion of daybed wrapped the sofa Can you imagine how much time it took 4 Hours and 30 mins They just reassembled the portion of daybed in the WRONG WAY unwrapped sofa and kept in basement and kept all boxes in the living room as I saw if I tell them to put all boxes in respective rooms they will take another hournnDISHONESTY They bumped and made dings on multiple walls one mover told proactively while the other literally suppressed him not to say like that yeah I overheard their talk They told they have made a note and will call to fix but it has been a week and I was the one who called and send mailsnnAs Slow as Hell They seem dead tired as ours was last move They took break for 15 mins one of the mover was even saying that there should have been 1 extra guynI have moved multiple times and all of that they moved would have been done by my earlier movers in half the time Unfortunately I couldnt hire them as they dont service this local movesnnAfter a week of my move nobody had the single courtesy for feedback of course they know what I am about to give no follow up on damagesnnIf you value money try different movers As a proof I am sharing some pics more ... hide ...
