The staff was really nice The rates were affordable and the location is ideal They did allow us to check in early which was great However the bathroom tub had a black ring around it and clearly no attempt had been made to clean it The linen had several stains and the pillows inside the cases were dirty They do allow your pets to stay which is a plus but the 2017-01-28T10:53:12Z
The staff was really nice The rates were affordable and the location is ideal They did allow us to check in early which was great However the bathroom tub had a black ring around it and clearly no attempt had been made to clean it The linen had several stains and the pillows inside the cases were dirty They do allow your pets to stay which is a plus but the room smelled like wet dog before we ever let the pup out the car After requesting new linen rubber gloves and cleaning supplies the stay was fine We actually stayed 2 nights and all was well Housekeeping insisted that they move us to another room but the one they showed me was worse so I declined They did offer to clean the bath tub and re make up the beds as well but I felt more comfortable doing it myself I went back and forth with myself on this rating because outside of the uncleanliness everything was fine However cleanliness is the most important thing to me the staff gets an A for effort tho more ... hide ...

Have only lived here for a couple months and I already have to give it two stars Office staff is extremely dismissive about issues I had to tell them 4 seperate times that our rent charge was 100 more than what it says on our lease every month and Jim kept saying he was going to fix it but still hasnt And most importantly I seriously cant even explain the amount of noise issues weve had Its actually insane Before I go on Id like to note that Ive been living in different apartment complexes every year for the past 5 years I have never once complained about noise anywhere else Only 2 weeks after moving into Woodland Lakes I had to call the police for the first time in my life because our neighbors were screaming at each other among other things Had to call the police again a few weeks after that for the same reason Once those people finally moved out after two months of this the maintenance man who lives nextdoor started blasting music all night every single week and it is loud enough to wake us up every time Not to mention for some reason he and the other people who are there just scream over the music to talk to each other Everyone is extremely rude and lacks court awareness and consideration completely It is truly always something I seriously feel like we should be able to end our lease early after what weve experienced living in this apartment I am just so frustrated and our lease doesnt even end until July of next year which is a nightmare to me at this point You might as well live next to a train station in Chicago with a bunch of jerks living around you more ... hide ...

Great place to walk Most of the trail we walked was shaded which was nice on a hot day The route we walked went near a pond with geese and swans which was beautiful It was convenient that there were restrooms there Would have been nice to have a trail map
