Its my fourth year living at the Fountain Place Apartment I had no problem past three years while I had a lot of great experience with the community and management team Great management is the best part of this place Every concern is well maintained and addressed by the manager instantly and its amazing how all the former and current maintenance people could be so nice I also like the location Reo town has been growing and lively I love walking to grab my dinner at Saddleback barbecue and working at Blue Owl with great coffee View from my units shows fall color and Lansing downtown In every morning they always put fresh coffee and cookies at the apartment lobbynThe building may bit a bit old but always maintained clean I know it is easy to look clean overall missing some details and hidden spots but here even small spots like laundry room sink and door thresholds are well cleaned The rent is reasonably priced There are occasional plumbing issues and water shut down but they are announced in advance and resolved within few hours Free heat and catfriendly and birdfriendly environments are also great benefits I just wish there are more short term lease options so I can stay here until the last moment while I live in Lansing

I recently was transferred to a different unit and the Manager didnt do any of the repairs that was requested I at least 6 to 7 repairs that needed to be done before I had moved in and they werent done and this White maintenance knock on my door and I said who is it and just was coming on into my apartment This happened on October 1st 2021nThat day is coming
