My father cap and lives here most of the time he goes without heat Hes lived there awhile and it is almost impossible to get them to do anything anymore When he first moved in and got hurt they were quick to fix things in his handicap apartment but not anymore Hes been without heat on and off most of the winter I dont recommend this place to anyone they were
